Crowdsourcing a fiddle

The Victoria police department announced that Darth Fiddler was assaulted, and his fiddle ruined in the process. As it was being talked alot about on twitter, and "fiddler" is currently trending across Canada, my friend Janis has suggested we try to use this crowdsourcing to get a new fiddle for the infamous Darth Fiddler. How can we make this happen?
